Sharmin joined Impact Box as a Solution Architect in 2019, having previously worked at social integration charity The Challenge in the Innovation team. As such, Sharmin brings a wealth of experience to the organisation and helps push us to review and challenge our processes in order to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.
