Sharmin joined Impact Box in 2019, having previously worked at social integration charity The Challenge in the Innovation team. As such, Sharmin brings a wealth of experience to the organisation and helps push us to review and challenge our processes in order to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.

She is based in London and is a big fan of cats and jokes (preferably cat jokes).
